Stability, innovation and strength characterize the new press from UNIFLEX.


It is not only better suited for larger hoses than any UNIFLEX press before. It also has such a compact design, that it can be used for mobile applications. The HMC 12-2000 is the most compact C-press of the 2,000-tonclass and ensures maximum pressing performance thanks to an integrated power booster. The design of the machine was manufactured according to the latest findings of FEM calculation and therefore eclipses anything that has gone before.

PFM standard at C.2
Quality-improving option within the scope of series production. PFM allows you to set the upper and lower pressure limits by setting the tolerance values determined from a test pressing. Pressures outside these limits are considered as errors . Optionally, there can also be a pressure shutdown, where the upper and lower diameters are monitored. This increases your process reliability. You can detect errors in the pre-assembly of hose and fitting, skipped work steps or incorrect positioning of the hose fitting on the hydraulic hose and react adequately. PFM thus offers integrated quality control without additional effort.
