New: Speed Control — digitally controlled flow divider for precise machine movement
You can now control the movement of your crimper even more precisely: With our new, digitally controlled flow divider, the hydraulic oil flow can be precisely adjusted. This makes the material flow from the fitting easier to control during the crimping process and allows tighter crimp dimension tolerances to be achieved. The flow divider is ideal for ultra-high-pressure fittings or materials that are sensitive to cracking.
The modern IPC control of our presses enables the press speed to be regulated from zero to 100 percent. Adapt the speed to your quality requirements; the speed depends on the machine type. The IPC saves the setting value for each crimp process; you can then track it via the central data recording «UDL».
