UNIFLEX Hydraulik GmbH now offers Speed Control, a digitally controlled flow divider that enables precise control of machine movement via the fine tuning of the hydraulic oil flow. When crimping steel, plastic deformation occurs in which the pressed material deforms permanently under excessive stress. Its composition, the quality of the steel, and the treatment have a significant influence on the flow behavior and require precise adjustments. Ultra-high-pressure fittings are so massive that it is important to give the material time to flow when crimping. Even particularly light fittings need time to be formed into the desired shape. The new flow divider from UNIFLEX enables a controlled deformation process to avoid errors and breakage – whether its high-pressure fittings or light sleeves. The crimping process is thus optimized, helping you achieve your desired end product properties and shapes. The advanced IPC control of UNIFLEX crimpers enables continuous control of the pressing speed from zero to 100 percent. This allows machines to work faster and more efficiently while maintaining constant high quality. The IPC saves the settings for each crimping process, so you can trace it via the central data recording “UDL”.

The UAT 4 accommodates hydraulic hoses up to 1 ½” in diameter and 40 meters in length, with an overall diameter of 1200 mm and a load capacity of 80 kg. The larger UAT 10 has a diameter of 1500 mm and can handle hoses up to 2″ R13. Both devices can be adjusted with a single hand movement to fit all hose sizes, ensuring easy handling – ideal for fast, straightforward work processes.
