• Together with your colleagues you are responsible for the on-time and cost-optimized procurement of products
• You process offers and communicate with suppliers
• You take over parts of the domestic invoice control and create order confirmations, delivery reminders and delivery reminders
• You maintain the procurement-relevant master data in the ERP system Pro Alpha

Job requirement

• You have a qualified apprenticeship in the commercial field or a degree in business administration
• You have first professional experience in the field of procurement
• With your resilience, your very good communication skills and your negotiation skills you manage to assert yourself
• Your structured and careful way of working enables you to work independently
• You have a good understanding of numbers and manage to implement your goals in a results-oriented manner
• Your passion is procurement and contact with suppliers and business partners
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English and maybe even other foreign languages
